Just For Her Expo Comes to Omaha

The Just For Her Expo was recently held at the CenturyLink Center in Omaha. It brought together some fabulous local vendors from the area to showcase their products for holiday shopping. Not only was there shopping, but also pampering, samples, and even a kids area.

There was a nice amount of vendors and a good amount of people walking around the expo on Sunday when we were there. You could fin everything from wine, to clothes, to food, and even photography services.

I love that you could shop right at each vendor table and there were prices for every budget. You could easily walk out of the expo with your Christmas shopping done!
There were goodies galore from several local bake shops. They even had little sample plates out so you could taste test before you purchased.
My daughter tried some bundt cake and fell in love with it. I couldn’t stop looking at how pretty they were and knew if I bought one I wouldn’t want to cut into it!
It smelled wonderful at the expo thanks to several candle and scent vendors. The displays at the tables were so beautiful and welcomed you right inside.
I really liked checking out the photography booths. With twins on the way I wanted ideas on different photo shoot options and prices.
There were two infomercial style booths as well. They were friendly and eagerly wanted to show how their product work. Microphone and all. Sometimes it came off a little pushy in the sales department but they were interesting products and fit with the holiday shopping theme.
Pamper yourself at the Pamper Her Lounge while doing your shopping. You can get some very affordable treatments! For $6 you can get a mini-spa treatment and there are various other beauty treatments you can enjoy as well.
Sunday was the perfect day to take the kiddos since they were doing a trick r’ treat at booths. They loved going down the aisles and opening their bag for treats.
On the way out we stopped by the Kids Area. They were offering free face paint, balloon animals, and you could decorate a treat bag to take home.
Little man loved his alien with a blowdryer and still has him hanging out on his bed!
All in all the Just For Her Expo was fantastic and I would for sure go again! I learned about some great local businesses and products, bought some food to bring home, and found some great holiday gift ideas for the loved ones on my list. There will be a Just For Her Expo in Des Moines in 2013 so mark your calendar and get ready for a girls trip!
