#1 Western Iowa Beer Trail

There are 16 stops along the Western Iowa Beer Trail including several breweries. The trail begins at CIB Brewery in Carson, travels to Jackson Street Brewing, Keg Creek Brewing Company, Marto Brewing Company, Okoboji Brewing Company, and finishes up at West O Beer.

#2 Des Moines Metro Beer Trail

With 15 stops, the Des Moines Metro Beer Trail is the second largest in Iowa. Drinking begins at 515 Brewing Company in Clive before heading on to Barn Town Brewing, Confluence Brewing Company, Court Avenue Brewing Company, Exile Brewing Company, Firetrucker Brewery, Flix Brewhouse Des Moines, Fox Brewing, Granite City Food & Brewery, Madhouse Brewing Company, New American Brewing Co., Peace Tree Brewing Co. – Des Moines Branch, Reclaimed Rails Brewing Company, Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery, and the last gulp is enjoyed at Twisted Vine Brewery.

The Central Iowa Beer Trail begins its 10 stops at Albia Brewing Company in Albia. From there you’ll venture to Alluvial Brewing Company, Big Rack Brew Haus, Boone Valley Brewing Co., Fenders Brewing, Granite City Brewery, Iowa River Brewing Company, Olde Main Brewing Company, Peace Tree Brewing Co, ShinyTop Brewing,

#4 Northeast Iowa Beer Trail

The largest Iowa Beer Trail has 16 stops and takes you around the northeast section of the state. Starting the trail is 7 Hills Brewing Company in Dubuque and then you’re off to Backpocket Brewing Co., Broad Street Brewing Company, Fat Hill Brewing, Franklin Street Brewing Company, Jubeck New World Brewing, Lake Time Brewery, Lark Brewing
Mason City Brewing, Pulpit Rock Brewing Company, and you’ll finish up at River Ridge Brewing Company.

#5 Southeast Iowa Beer Trail

Nine stops make up the Southeast Iowa Beer Trail with things kicking off at Contrary Brewing Co in Muscatine. Other breweries jumping on the trail include Front Street Brewery, Front Street Brewery & Taproom (yes, there are two!), Granite City Food & Brewery, Great River Brewery, Green Tree Brewery, Lost Duck Brewing Co, Parkside Brewery, and V’s Restaurant & Brewpub
