I’m about to give you a reason to call your friends, call your babysitter, and plan a much needed night out. Bonefish Grill just launched their new IN + ON Bar Bites Menu and these shareable bar-sized bites are ready for you!
IN the Shell: Street Tacos feature two crispy wonton taco shells filled with your choice of Lobster or Ahi Tuna Tartare. We tried the Lobster Street Tacos and I enjoyed the fresh and flavorful taste in each bite.
IN the Shooter Glass: Oysters are layered with cocktail sauce, salsa verde, habanero vodka. We didn’t try this one but saw some go back that looked delicious!
IN the Bite: Mac + Cheese Bites were a huge hit at our table and we ordered two plates! Perfect crispiness on the outside and an explosion of cheese in the middle. The sweet chili sauce they are served on is worth bottling up and dipping everything in.
IN the Dough: Doughnuts are something everyone at the table was looking forward too, and again, we ordered two. You get three warm croissant-like doughnuts that are tossed in cinnamon sugar, and two little bottles of sea salt caramel and chocolate sauce so you can inject your doughnuts with filling!
ON the Bone: Lamb Lollipop Chops are the other item we ordered twice, because they are SO good. Three tender lamb chops arrived and didn’t last long. They are lightly caramelized and grilled and extremely tender and tasty.
ON the Shell: Oysters Raw are served on the half shell or baked Rockefeller style. Another one we didn’t order but saw plenty go by the table telling us we should have.
ON the Bun: Dim Sum Style Slider Buns are served in a bamboo steamer. In the top half of the steamer is spiced BBQ sauce, along with your choice of Chipotle Shrimp or BBQ Pork. We ordered one of each and both got rave reviews. The bottom half of the steamer houses the buns to complete sliders and they were surprisingly delicious!
ON the Stack: Tostadas are a beautifully delicious treat with three layers of crispy wontons filled with fresh avocado, mango, cucumber, red peppers, drizzled with a creamy, spicy sauce, and your choice of Ahi Tuna Tartare or Chipotle Shrimp. Tuna Tartare is what we went with and it was gobbled right up.
IN the Copper Cup: The Mule is Bonefish Grill’s signature version of the classic “Moscow Mule” and I really liked their version. Made with Grey Goose, fresh lime, house-made ginger syrup, ginger beer. and served in a rustic copper mug with crushed ice, fresh mint, candied ginger.
IN the Martini Glass: Bonefish Pomegranate Martini is a house-made infusion with Fris vodka, pomegranate, fresh mango. Let me just say….I will look at this picture anytime I need a little break during the day. It’s always 5 O’Clock that way. 😉 The combination of pomegranate and mango was amazingly delicious and one you should try soon!
IN the Martini Glass: Fresh Raspberry Martini is a new recipe of their classic fav. Made with Reyka small-batch vodka, freshly muddled red raspberries, and fresh squeezed lemon juice, this is another must try.
IN the Martini Glass: Ocean Trust Tropic Heat Martini is made with Absolut vodka house-infused with pineapples, freshly muddled mango, lemon juice and a thin slice of jalapeño. The sweet part about this drink is that $1 is donated to Ocean Trust for each one sold.
IN the Martini Glass: Fresh Pineapple Martini is made with Malibu rum, St. Germain Elderflower liqueur, fresh pineapple, lemon and a homemade vanilla bean simple syrup.
IN the Martini Glass: Cosmopolitan is a traditional Cosmo, but better!
IN the Martini Glass: Ultimate Infused Dirty Martini is made with Ketel 1 Citron vodka infused with olives for 3 full days and served ice cold in a frozen martini glass.
IN the Martini Glass: Lemon Drop Martini is made with Absolut Citron, fresh lemon, sugar. This is one my must try list for my next Bonefish Grill visit!
IN the Martini Glass: Espresso Martini is made Svedka Vanilla vodka, KahlЬa, CrПme de Cacao, fresh brewed espresso.
ON the Rocks: Parker’s Margarita is a favorite of Bonefish Grill’s Founder, Chris Parker. Finished with fresh OJ, Grand Marnier, and ready for you to enjoy.
ON the Rocks: Patrón’s Perfect Cucumber Margarita is made with Patrón Silver, fresh lime, English cucumber, and topped with a hint of St. Germain Elderflower liqueur. The glass is rimmed with salt + pepper to finish things off perfectly.
ON the Rocks: Modern Mojito was the first thing my hubby ordered and he said that he wished the ones I made last weekend were this good. (Thanks hubs) Made with Pyrat amber rum, homemade fresh mint simple syrup, a hint of orange, Grand Marnier, and a nice twist to a favorite.
ON the Rocks: Signature Red or White Sangria and you honestly can’t go wrong with either. I tend to be a Sangria snob and the Blackberry Red that hubby ordered was very fruity and spot on.
